Baez Building Group provides construction project management and general contracting oversight for residential and commercial projects across New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. We manage the full project lifecycle — planning, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination — ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with local codes and regulations.

All on-site construction work is performed by licensed, insured, and vetted subcontractors under our direct oversight and quality control. Our role is to plan, coordinate, and manage — bringing the right trades together, holding them accountable to schedule and standard, and protecting our clients' interests from first estimate to final walkthrough.
